A spacious 4 bedroom appartment comprising three double bedrooms and one triple bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and lockable safe. The flat has a generous kitchen with full hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a private garden nestled within the main garden area, equipped with a barbecue. Residents have access to a communal swimming pool (open from 28 May to 28 October). Free Wi-Fi and secure parking are included.

Rates

8-9 people = €250 incl. VAT per night (min. 2 nights)

Accommodation is available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.     
A deposit of 500€ is required for the rental and cleaning.      
The rental must be cleaned by the tenant just before departure. In the event of unclean accommodation, a cleaning charge of €60 will be deducted after the final inventory of fixtures.

The establishment is entirely non-smoking. Animals are not allowed on the premises, including the garden and terrace. Thank you for your understanding.
